1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjcom ("jjcom", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jjcom.vip.

jjcom operates an online casino, live dealer gaming lobby, and sports betting platform primarily serving English-speaking Pakistani users. By accessing or using jjcom in any capacity — whether to browse, register, deposit, wager, or withdraw — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules, policies, or promotional terms published on jjcom from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jjcom platform. Continued use of jjcom following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use jjcom, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjcom strictly prohibits use by persons under the age of 21. This requirement is enforced without exception.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jjcom, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from jjcom or any other gaming platform operating under the same licensing framework.
• You must not reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.

jjcom reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the required timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jjcom account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjcom employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jjcom reserves the right to close all related accounts, void all associated bets, and confiscate any balances derived from bonus activity.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false registration information is a ground for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your jjcom account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying jjcom immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jjcom will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jjcom that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjcom are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). jjcom supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL Online, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your jjcom balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the banking institution.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. jjcom reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply. jjcom may adjust these limits at any time. Players subject to enhanced due diligence may have temporarily reduced limits applied to their accounts.
• Currency: jjcom processes all transactions in PKR. No currency conversion is applied within the platform. Any conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Declined Transactions: jjcom is not responsible for transactions declined by your bank or payment provider. Contact your provider directly for assistance with declined transactions.

jjcom does not accept cash payments or payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other persons will be returned and may trigger an AML review of your jjcom account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jjcom offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions aligned with PSL and international cricket calendars. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire if the associated wagering requirement is not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, table games, and sports bets may each contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are published on the jjcom promotions page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus Abuse: jjcom employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements ("hedge betting"), and systematic exploitation of promotional structures. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

jjcom reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have an active bonus at the time of modification will not be retroactively disadvantaged beyond what is permitted under the terms of the operating licence.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jjcom — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, or the jjcom cricket and sports sportsbook — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Finality of Bets: Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. jjcom's system records the confirmed bet as the binding wager.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or market. jjcom may apply individual stake limits to specific accounts at its discretion.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void by jjcom where: a technical error affects the integrity of the game or market; an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; odds or game parameters were published in error due to human or technical fault; or where jjcom's licensing authority directs that a bet be voided.
• Palpable Errors: In the event that incorrect odds, game parameters, or bonus terms are published due to a manifest error, jjcom reserves the right to void affected bets and correct the error. Players may not knowingly exploit palpable errors.
• Cricket Betting: Specific rules governing cricket match betting — including rules for rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes, match abandonment, and player substitution — are published in the jjcom sportsbook rules section accessible via your account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjcom and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, voiding of bets and balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or interact with jjcom games.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity through the jjcom platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in live dealer games or poker-style formats.
• Abusing the jjcom customer support team — including making threats, using abusive language, or submitting knowingly false complaints.
• Attempting to access jjcom accounts, systems, or databases that do not belong to you.
• Using the jjcom platform for commercial purposes — including operating as an agent or reseller of jjcom services without written authorisation.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jjcom platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of jjcom.vip — is the exclusive property of jjcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use jjcom solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any jjcom content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jjcom software or game code.
• Use jjcom trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on jjcom content or software.

Any unauthorised use of jjcom intellectual property constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. jjcom will take all available legal measures to protect its intellectual property rights.

9 Privacy & Data

jjcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using jjcom, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• KYC Data: Identity verification documents (CNIC, passport, proof of address) are collected and stored to comply with our licensing obligations and AML requirements.
• Transaction Records: All deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum period as required by our operating licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjcom's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jjcom platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjcom shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, however arising.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including account security obligations.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers, provided jjcom takes prompt remedial action upon notification.

Nothing in these Terms limits jjcom's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11 Responsible Gaming

jjcom is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. jjcom enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and provides every registered player with access to the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose over a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive in-session notifications reminding you of your time spent playing.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from jjcom. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed, regardless of any requests made during the exclusion period.

12 Account Termination

Either you or jjcom may terminate your jjcom account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting jjcom support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfactory identity verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or investigations are pending.
• Termination by jjcom: jjcom may suspend or permanently close your account, with or without notice, where: you breach these Terms; jjcom suspects fraudulent or illegal activity; you become ineligible under the eligibility criteria in Section 2; or jjcom is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the jjcom platform is immediately revoked. Any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned subject to the investigation and verification procedures described above.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jjcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jjcom will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the jjcom platform prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of jjcom following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using jjcom and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjcom holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jjcom's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. jjcom will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to resolve disputes within 28 days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jjcom's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by jjcom's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
